UC知道chief editor 和editor in chief的区别

那么主编应该怎么样说呢？我好像记得chief editor 和editor in chief当中其中有一个是主编的意思，另一个是总编的意思。但分不清楚。
chief editor 总编辑
editor in chief:总编辑 a person responsible for the editorial aspects of publication; the person who determines the final content of a text (especially of a newspaper or magazine)
其实是一样的，前者侧重头衔，后者侧重责任
没有区别的，都是总编辑的意思。
