请问怎样否定：used to do 和 be used to doing

是：usedn't to do 还是didn't used to do啊？？为什么？？
used to do 中的used 是情态动词吗？？

be used for +名词/动名词

used to do (did something very often in the past)
过去常做...
He used to go there. But now, he seldom go there.
