作为公司的新成员，我在及时完成上级交给我的任务同时积极与同事们搞好关系，因为我觉得一个和谐的工作环境会让大家的心情更好，工作更没有压力。
作为一个刚加入工作的新手，我的缺点很多，很多时候遇到问题手忙脚乱。我能够意识到自己的缺点并且在努力改正，在新的一年，我希望自己能够做到：
1． 工作更细心，考虑更周全，避免不必要的错误；
2． 上级交待的事情不遗漏
3． 学习操作的知识，成为得力助手
