初三毕业的好生如果出国，说英语成不成问题？

It really depends on where you go. I am a Singaporean, and there are many Chinese (as in, race 种族) here who can speak both English and Mandarin. I have many friends from Mainland China, and it is heartening for them to see so many Chinese here. After studying here for a few months or even years, I have witnessed their improvement in the English Language. However, some of them chose to remain in the Chinese social circle and that limited their progress.

Don't worry, be confident to speak up! Write more, listen more, and most importantly, speak more and do not worry about making mistakes. After all, it is crucial that we learn from the mistakes, isn't it?

日常交际(2000单词可以)应该没问题.
但还是要多学习

当然日常生活可以应付的，如果有点跟不上的话，可以先报一个语言的强化训练班，再说在外国，天天想的，说的，听的都是英语，不会说才怪……

应该没问题，毕竟都学了几年英语了。那边也有会说英语的人，只要懂得基本交际用语就可以啦。

应该没什么问题，像我在加拿大，来时是初一（上9年级），有一点困难，但各个国家都有新移民或留学生的课程，象在加拿大有ESL Program，所以不用太担心英语的问题，我有一个朋友，来了就上大学，还要考托福，照样上多伦多大
