进安全模式.
在右击我的电脑---属性----高级------第3个设置-------把下面三个前面的钩子去掉,在重安装卡巴基斯..在杀毒...
能进安全模式，不能正常进系统一定是有后台程序在运行．在安全模式下打开启动项把没用的钩都去掉．在看看任务管理器有没有可疑进程
原因是计算机中的注册表或配置管理器有问题。要解决此问题，请试用下列一个或多个方法：
1、进安全启动模式，在重新启动计算机时选择“最后一次正确”选项。
2、使用系统还原系统。
3、用紧急修复盘修复。
