首先应该是Letter of Authorization授权书，而power of attorney应该是律师授权什么什么的，当然如果你是律师我没有话说。

VISA 前面要加 the 或者 my
Consign 改为 authorize
Of behalf 改成 on behalf of
If necessary 不要
Render 改成 offer
