1. 根本问题是要明白现在分词短语和过去分词短语作后置定语时的用法区别.
1). 现在分词做后置定语表示一个主动的动作. 多数情况下动作是进行中的,或者动词表示一个经常性动作或所处的状态
2).过去分词做后置定语通常表示: 一个被动的已经完成或未完成的动作

到现在可以明白 B ever made是正确的.
A为什么不对呢?
因为:having ever been made是一种分词的完成式.
"分词的完成式一般不作定语." (参考<洪恩英语语法词典>)
2.A. ...having had the answers ready will be of great help意思是"事先准备好答案十分有益"
而B ...having the answers ready will be of great help 是指准备答案这个过程是很有好处的.
而前半句: it's necessary to be prepared for a job interview里面be prepared是说已经为面试准备好了的状态, 而不是指准备这个准备的过程.
所以选A更好.
1.made是过去分词，修饰contribution，表示contribution是被动发生的，意思是人们创造的贡献
2.现在分词作主语，having had the answers ready 整个是个名词属性，作主语
1。（which have)ever(been) made括号为省略的词
