UC知道http/1.1 500 Server Error

我的机器是xp系统。先装的microsoft visual studio.net 2003 后装的iis.其他的.net项目可以创建。就是asp.net创建不了。创建的时候一直出现
尝试创建Web项目或打开位于URL"http://localhost/xx"的Web项目时，Web服务器报告了一下错误。"HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error".
重起iis 也不行。
输入http://localhost 出现
HTTP 500 - 内部服务器错误
Internet Explorer 。
我的iis 是200504091iis51 解压后14,886,113 字节（14.1Mb）
还有看了事件查看器应用程序中。没有关于asp.net 的错误
看的很多的说法，也不起作用。
请知道问题所在的大侠不吝赐教。。
重装iis后输入http://localhost出现
