我的电脑怎么了？？？？大家帮忙下啊
情况1：
请各位大哥看看这是怎么了？我的电脑安装完系统后重启运行正常，但是当我把一些基本常用的软件安装和更新完补丁完毕后，启动后出现死机了。这种情况以前也有过，是在运行魔兽世界的时候才出现的。
电脑重新启动，蓝屏出现以下东西：
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to you computer
IRQL-NOT-LSS-OR-EQUAL
If this is the first time,you've seen this stop error screen,restart your compurer.If this screen appears again,follow these steps:
check to make sure any new hardware or software manufacturer for any window updates you might need
If problem continue,disable or remove anynewly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as catching or
shadowing.Ifyou need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,resart your computer,pressF8 to select adlanced startup
options,and then select safe mode

情况2：
我用我同学的安装盘装系统，出现了这个
stop:c000021 unknwn hard error
\systemroot\system32\ntdll.dll
这个是光驱或者内存的过.
第一是 系统是DB的 所以更新补丁出现故障,第二是因为你光区挑盘的缘故吧,
如果还不行 你就查查硬盘有坏道没?
