怎么启动程序慢了？？

以前还没什么问题，不知道最近是怎么了。打开一些软件要比较久才能进入，比方说DREAMWEAVER.FLASHFXP等。。。怎么回事啊？
那些软件启动虽然慢了 但用起来一切都很正常。。其他的用起来也没什么异样，我用最新的瑞星也没杀出毒来。优化大师也用了啊，可是还是不起作用

这个程序是自动清理电脑里的垃圾而不会破坏系统 比很多软件都好哦
新建一个记事本并输入以下的内容：

打开还是记事本的看清楚这里最后将它保存，然后更名为“清除系统LJ.bat”
