15.1 The Parties agree that all information and data acquired or obtained by any Party in respect of activities covered by this Agreement shall be considered confidential and shall be kept confidential and not be disclosed during the term of the Agreement to any person or entity not a Party to this Agreement,except:
(a) To an Affiliate,provided such Affiliate maintains confidentiality as provided in this Article 15 ;
(b) To the extent such data and information is required to be furnished in compliance with any applicable laws or regulations,or pursuant to any legal proceeding or because of any order of any court binding upon a Party ;
(c) To prospective or actual contractors,consultants and attorneys employed by any Party where disclosure of such data or information is essential to such contractor's,consultant's or attorney's work;
(d) To a band or other financial institution to the extent approprite to a Party arr
15. 保密内容 (15. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION)
15.1 双方同意所有任何一方获取的此协议规定的活动相关信息及数据均应被认定为保密信息,协议生效期不得向任何个人、实体或任何一方透露，除非：
(15.1 The Parties agree that all information and data acquired or obtained by any Party in respect of activities covered by this Agreement shall be considered confidential and shall be kept confidential and not be disclosed during the term of the Agreement to any person or entity not a Party to this Agreement,except:)
（a) 会员，并能遵照第15条对该信息保密的约定；
((a) To an Affiliate,provided such Affiliate maintains) confidentiality as provided in this Article 15 ;
（b) 按照相关法律或规定要求；或因合约一方被法院传唤，遵照相关法律程序提供该数据及信息
