固定搭配,意思是照顾某人,照看某人.
而good是好好的意思.修饰take
这句话是好好地照看他们.
take care of 是照顾……的短语
of 后跟名词，宾语.就不可以放句尾了.后面至少得有个宾语,照顾对象.

另外，be take都是动词，不能往一起放。
