第一句应该是 needn't you.因为反意疑问句要求，前句肯定，后句否定。而must 的否定形式一般是needn't 。除非语气特别强烈时用mustn't.
第二句好像和第一句是一样的。但是句中的must 是表示猜测。这时就要看must后的词了。must后是be。而 he 后用be 动词时，一定用 is . 根据前肯后否的原则，所以应该是isn't he . 也就是当 must 表示猜测时,就不要看 must了。而要看must 后的动词了。

应该用isn't he。因为在这里must表示推测。这种情况下要这样用
