我的电脑今天突然蓝屏了，然后我恢复系统，恢复以后就没有声音了，小喇叭的图标也不见了，然后我拿自己的驱动盘装，但是安装一半就出现：microsoft bus driver should be loaded in your system before installing realtec hd audio driver!这样的字，然后就自动退出了，到底是怎么回事？
蓝屏时出现的是这些字：a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
