Does it have to be rich to study aborad?!

I wanna study aborad in some western countries, such as the States or Britain these english speaking countries. Australia wouldn't be a bad choice..but so far as I know, we need some kind of financial capability certisfication to approve going study aborad. anything higher than twenty thousand RMB would be unrealistic for me. but there should be some cases such as being exchange student or what, with school support kind of thing like that, right?
I will very appriciate if u can give me some help about this.

Actually, the problem is to provide financial capability certisfication to apply for the visa, however, you can apply short-term loan from most banks. You don't have to really own this money.

you can control the cost if you want. I am in Australia now. I chose it because it cheaper than States and Britain . Also, I have part-time job now, which can provide all my living expense. If you leave and work hard during holidays, maybe you can earn enough to pay your tuition fee as well. depends on you!

whatever, you have to prepare for a rough time. Nothing will be easy, of course.
