摘 要
用单片机实现任意速比双速旋转变压器数据处理
本文详细介绍了用单片机实现任意速比双速旋转变压器数据处理的设计方法。单速S/R－D转换器的分辨力较低，使用双速（粗精结合）旋转变压器可以提高测角的分辨力，粗精轴之间以i：1的传动比相连，粗轴执行0至360度范围里的粗测量，而精轴执行360/i范围里的精测量。由于变速齿轮的齿隙产生模糊误差，需要对数据进行纠正，实现特定情况下某位数上加1或减1。设计使用廉价的89S52作为数据处理核心，由于89S52有较大的ROM和RAM,不用外接ROM和外接RAM，大大的简化了电路，同时89S52支持在线编程，方便设计者对程序的烧录。显示电路上，89S52单片机数据经过4094芯片后与数码管连接，减少了89S52 I/O口的使用，不用再外接扩展端口，使电路更加简化。经处理的数据用LED实现实时显示，采用动态扫描的显示方式，既减少了硬件的开销，又提高了系统的可靠性。电路设计更加简单，功能更加强大。
