UC知道诺顿升级后，自动查毒发疯了

又来了，诺顿升级后，自动查毒不断查出同一个病毒来，烦死了，怎么关呀？最好是有治本的方法哈~~~~~~~~~~
自动查毒显示的内容如下：
A Virus Incident is an event that interrupts normal operating procedure and causes some level of crisis such as denial of service, theft/damage of information, or unauthorized gaining of access targeting an IBM supported workstation or server. You must report the virus incident to the corporate security as instructed by ITCS300 as soon as possible.

这是灰鸽子,这是一个诺顿已经可以完全处理的病毒。断开网线,到安全模式下全盘查杀一次应该就可以解决了。
进入安全模式的方法：重启计算机，在进入windows画面前长按F8
删掉试试
