主要是worth的用法问题。
作为形容词用作表语, 后接名词或动名词作宾语

对于你的补充，应该是不对的。worth while 后面一般必须要接 to do / doing，表示做xx事情是值得的。你的那句就体现不出来值得干什么。

1. Our health is worth exercising.(你的意思好像中文讲不同。)
2. Sleeping too long was worthwhile, because I dreamt of a beautiful girl.
