随着信息与网络技术的高速发展，电子商务近年来取得了很大的发展，并逐步深入社会经济生活的各个领域。在电子商务中，网上支付是其关键一环。我国电子商务和网上交易近年来取得了较大的发展，然而也存在很多问题。其中网上支付正成为我国电子商务发展的瓶颈之一。本文论述了电子商务和网上支付理论、协议以及相关概念，分析了我国网上支付发展的现状和存在的主要问题，主要包括:安全问题、信用问题、社会问题、经济问题等。
为了加快发展和完善我国的网上支付体系，本文针对以上问题从网上支付模式、信用认证体系、基础设施、法律制定等方面提出了一些对策和建议

With the rapid development of information and network technology, E-commerce develops a lot in the recent years and gradually goes into every aspect of social economic life. Online payment is the key part in E-commerce. Besides the great development in E-commerce and online trading, our country also faces several problems. Now online payment is becoming one of the bottlenecks in developing the E-commerce. This paper talks about E-commerce and theory of online payment, protocol and related concepts. It also analyzes the current situation and main problems during the development of online payment in our country. These problems include: security problem, credit problem, social problem and economic problem, etc.
In order to speed up and improve the online payment system, based on the problems above, this paper gives some measures and suggestions on online payment module, credit authentication system, infrastructure and legislation, etc.
