哪个to要去掉?

最后两个to哪个该去掉呢?
我们经常说let him go,那let the musicians to know 应该是错了.
但when to play对吗?

let sb to know是被动时态，被动时态要还原to
when to play 也是对的，动词不定时态表将来时

LET MUSICIANS TO KNOW是错的.WHEN TO PLAY 是对的.是不定式.

let the musicians to know 错了,to 要去掉。
而when to play 是对的，to不能省略。“疑问词+to+动词原形”是常用结构，如：

应该是let the musicians know．．．．， let后面跟不带to的动词原形．when to play是对的．
