内容提要:近几年来，全国各地医疗事故频频发生，这里面既有医务人员的服务态度和服务水平问题，也有现代危重疑难病型和医疗设备技术问题。病员的伤亡，巨额的赔偿，无序的纷争，持久的诉讼，医患纠纷已经引起了人们的十分关注。那么，作为法学专业的学生，应当正确把握医疗事故中的民事责任和赔偿原则，就显得十分必要。为此，本文从对医疗事故的概念分析入手，结合我国现行法规的规定和审判实践，对医疗事故中的民事责任和赔偿原则作一浅析，阐明了自己的看法和观点。

Summary : In recent years, incidents throughout the country have occurred frequently. These included medical staff in the service attitude and level of service, a modern-critical and difficult diseases and medical equipment technology. Sick of casualties and huge compensation and disorderly, the dispute lasting litigation patient disputes has been a topic of great concern. So, as the legal profession students should correctly grasp the incidents of civil liability and compensation, it is very necessary. Therefore, this article from the concept of medical malpractice analysis, and combined with our existing rules and regulations and judicial practice, incidents of the civil liability and compensation for a principle of stating their own views and perspectives.
