He told me a story that follows:
One night,he and his Chinese wife ate out at dumpling restaurant which was rather crowded.Many people wewe waiting for the available seats to sit at.And those people just stood beside the guests who were still eating and looking at them with coldness.The foreiner thought that was rude as he finally couldn't suffer so stood up and shouted"Hey,we are still eating,can't you see?"Then the waiter heard the argument and came there to chase them away.
So what should I have responded to him?Agree with him nodding my head?I wanted to explain but I just couldn't find any proper words,cause what he said was true.Then ,he said that in China most people don't get into lines.They often cut in lines or even push others .He felt upset and nothing to say.
