预应力钢筋混凝土梁桥在国内外桥梁建筑上占有重要的地位，具有强度高、自重小、节省钢材、耐久的特点，适用范围广，在我国已经普及，在各式装配式梁桥中以T形梁桥最为普遍，但在我国已拟定的标准跨径中只有10、13、16、20m四种公路梁桥标准设计，而随着桥梁施工工艺和新型架桥机械的出现，T梁的跨径也在增长，50mT梁在桥梁工程中已经很普遍，并呈现大幅增长的势头，但对于50mT梁预制及吊装技术研究的文献资料却很少，成为制约T梁发展的瓶颈。因此，本课题所研究的50mT梁预制及吊装技术对施工具有巨大的指导意义。本课题在研究过程中进行了大量调研工作，结合在建中的肃临线衡水市区段一级公路石德、京九铁路跨线桥工程，在参考有关文献的基础上深入50mT梁预制、吊装工程一线，使理论紧密联系实际，具有很强的说服力，在调研中采集了部分预制、吊装图片，使课题更具形象化。在研究中主要从以下四方面进行了研究：①工程概况；②50m预应力T梁的预制、张拉及压浆工艺；③50mT梁桥上运输；④架桥机跨铁路架梁。
在介绍T梁预制及张拉工艺的同时，进行了台座预拱度、掺外加剂混凝土配合比的确定、伸长量等理论的计算，为了保证架桥机架梁和安全性及合理性，对跨桥运输T梁进行了计算检验。在整个计算过程中，笔者采集了大量的现场数据进行分析，并将理论计算公式算得的结果与桥梁建设专家的意见进行了对比分析，运用到工程建设实际中，验证了本文理论公式的合理性，并对其他相似地区50mT梁预制与架设施工提供了宝贵的经验。
