随着数控高速切削技术的日益发展,当进行高精度的自由型曲线加工时,由微段直线或圆弧构成的零件程序非常庞大,从而造成加工信息量大增,另外直线或圆弧也不能真实完整地反映CAD/CAM系统所产生的复杂曲线模型,从而造成制造精度偏离设计要求。为了能够更好地解决高速切削的工艺问题,有关NURBS技术也成为研究热点之一。
本文针对自由型曲线造型及数控加工的需要,主要完成了以下几个方面的工作:
首先,采用NURBS方法对自由型曲线进行描述,该方法基于NURBS曲线的反算算法。
其次,基于标架理论平面求NURBS曲线的一阶,二阶导数,曲率等。并且利用累计弦长的方法求出NURBS曲线上两点之间的弧长。接着运用伏雷内公式确定NURBS曲线上点的坐标。
再次,在标架理论平面的基础上,我们将研究运用泰勒二阶展开式对NURBS曲线进行插补。这种方法即满足了精度的要求,又减少了加工信息量,提高了加工效率和质量。
最后,我们将运用VC在window平台上进行软件设计,加以验证。
