为什么偶彩信发8出?

偶的手机能开通了GPRS,能收彩信了,但是偶想给同学发条彩信,发了好多次,都说"网络正忙",怎么回事哦?知道滴朋友教教偶,好伐~

可能是对方没开通GPRS.不然就是你的GPRS没设置好....或者真的是网络正忙,明天在试试看能不能发,总不会明天还在忙吧
