UC知道我电脑出现了这个问题，谁能解决？

电脑出现蓝屏，然后出现：

restart your computer.If this screen appears again,follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is anew tnstallation,ask your hardware or software monufacturer for any windows 2000 updates you might need.
If problems continur,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.
Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shodowing check your hard drive to make suro it is properly configured
and restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced Starup Options,and then select Safe Mode.
Refer to your Getting Started manal for more information on trounleshooting step errors.

不要把蓝屏看的那么可怕,其实它是在保护你的电脑,如果你的电脑在继续那么错误下去就会坏的.
蓝屏是软件或硬件问题,你看看系统能进不?如果进不去那就是硬件问题了.有不明白的给我发消息！
要是以前 你的电脑能正常工作 前提是你没更换新的硬件
试着重做系统, 顺便利用这个机会把你的电脑机箱内的灰尘来一次大扫除 把内存条取出 用方块起子 在内存插巢上来回的划几下(断点操作啊 大哥:) 再找个橡皮擦 将金手指表面上的氧化层擦几次 重新装上 显卡也如此 (消除静电)
再看看怎么样? 这些全是自己的经验 希望能对你有用.
机箱后的电源线没插好,应该说是接触不良吧.
