摘要
农业科技推广是农业科技成果转化为现实生产力的桥梁和纽带,是农业现代化的重要内容。社会主义市场经济建设的不断深入和农业现代化建设的不断发展,对农业科技推广体系的建设提出了新问题和新要求。加大农业科技投入，提高我国农产品国际市场竞争力，是农业应对入世挑战的重要选择。本文首先在理解农业科技推广含义的基础上，分析了我国农业科技推广的现状和存在问题；接着分析国外农业科技推广的先进模式，在借鉴国外不同类型农业科技推广体系建设经验的基础上,对我国农业科技推广体系的制度等问题进行了理论探讨和研究，针对这些问题提出了如何进一步完善我国农业科技推广体系，更好地适应国际环境的建议。
