scholarship和bursary

两者的区别是什么？分别在何种场景下使用？
询问了同事：
Bursary一般为企业设立的奖学金，可能附带的条款；
Scholarship为政府（非盈利性组织）提供的奖学金，无附带条件。

scholarship
If you get a schorlarship to a school or university
,your study are paid for by the school or university or by some other orgnization.
eg. He got a scholarship to the Pratt Institute of Art.

bursary
A bursary is sum of money which is given to someone to allow them to study in a college or university.

scholarship是奖学金一般不用还钱，可能要工作
bursary是学校的一些助学金，有的要还有的不用
