表示也的时候，如果是肯定就用too,如果是否定就用either.

a 否定，两个人用either,三人以上用neither

如果用C的话 后面一句应该是NEITHER IS HE

选too, 1.如果用neither, 必须是He is neither a teather. 因为neither 本身有否定的意思了，而isn't 也有否定的意思，所以不能用neither.2.either 是肯定句时才能用。
