what do you think it is ?你认为这个是什么？这个中间的do you konow是个补充成分做形式状语，你要是把它拿掉还是一个完成的句子。因为在句子中的成分不同，所以位置不同
第一句是错句，如果你的句意是：你是怎么知道这个车站的
那就应该这样翻译：How do you know where the bus station is ?
