At present,the society in our country is at a place of great transforming .Transformation is for the sake of development ,and the target of development is to establish a harmonious society. The Decision in the part Ⅳ meeting of No.16th of CPC put foward a new notion :the establishment of the harmonious society for our communist country ,so harmony is the main melody in the season of our stragedy.
