十分不好意思，由于我的不小心，没有妥善的保管好我的考试证，不慎将它遗失了，马上就要考试了，我到处找了都没找到，我十分着急，为了不影响接下来的考试，我申请补办一张新的考试证，用于接下来的考试，我向你们保证，我将会妥善的保管好我的考试卡，不再发生类似的事。
对于我的打扰，我感到十分的不好意思，非常谢谢你们。
