Conceptual skills:The ability to think and to conceptualize about abstract and complex situations.
It inculdes :Ability to use information to solve business problems,Identification of opportunities for innovation,Recognizing problem areas and implementing solutions,Selecting critical information from masses of data,Understanding of business uses of technology,Understanding of organization's business model.
technical skill对lower level managers是最重要的,而对top,managers是最不重要的.conceptual skills对top managers是最重要,而对lower-level managers是least important,human skills无论对top managers,middle managers还是lower-level managers都很重要
