这种情况正常吗？

服务器响应时间超慢，还有丢包，13个包就丢了两个，丢包率算是比较高了。 不过你响应时间这么长， 丢包也算正常。 不知道你ping的服务器是哪里的。 如果是外省的， 或者异网的，可能是正常的。 但是如果是本地的服务器。 那你网络非常有问题了。
