反意疑问句问题

是否所有There be句型都反意疑问为***（肯或否）+ there
注意，是there be 句型

语法上是这样，但习惯用语中有一些不是，

不是
例子：You like apple , isn't it?

There are apples,aren't there?

基本上是这样，都用is , are的肯定或否定形式,但是如果是其他时态则不可以。
