固定用法是find it+adj(形容词）
添it's可以理解为省略that的宾语从句,但在习惯用法面前也只能让一步了
第一空填it吧,He found it very difficult to go to sleep.应该是这样的吧.find it 形容词 to do sth.是固定搭配.

find(found的原形)没有后面加宾语从句的形式，是加宾语＋补语补足语的形式．find it difficult to do sth..这里的it是形式宾语，真正的宾语是后面的to do sth ,即to go to sleep.
