问几个模糊不清的英语题目

so...as是不是只能用于肯定句?
有个句子是这样的The melon is far the worse of the two .
那far 后面为什么有的不要这个the 例如far more interesting
far the worse 出现在高考题中,是绝对正确的

1.so...as 用于否定句

如:The car is not so beautiful as that one.

as...as肯定\否定都可以

如:The car is not as beautiful as that one.

The car is as beautiful as that one.

2.比较级前面一般不用the,如:Tom is taller than Jim

但是当被比较两个中其中一个做主语,后面加个表示两个的范围就要加the

如上句:Tom is the taller of them two.

Tom是他们两个中比较高的一个.问题中就是这个用法

比较级你听过 THE MORE ...吗?我是没有.
