The compensation amount the employee should pay to the employer is 100% of the training expense if the resignation or the dimission of the employee occurs during the training and subsequent 1 year. The compensation amount is deducted by 20% of training expense for every full year employment. There is no compensation when the contract expires.
Resignation or leaving without prior notice during the training period or within one year after the training will require full compensation to the company of the traning expenses. 20% will be reduced from the compensation requirements for each additional year of service in the company and no compensation is required after the service contract reaches it's due course.
