和B :I have been having problems with the computer所对应的问题是what is the matter with it ?为什么是b而不是a
be-Ving是进行时态的组成结构啊.应该是要表达的进行时,但A不是进行是.因为它不是BE-V ING 结构.至少动词后面没有加ING啊
A是现在完成时，英语中have a problem是一个特殊状态，是不能用现在完成的，所以是不能用have had a problem的！
只能用现在完成进行时have been having problems
