1.it costs (sb) some money to do sth
2.it takes sb some time(some money) to do sth
照这么说，两个选项应该都没有问题啊!可是到底应该选则哪一个？为什么？

答案是选COST吗？
同样是花费的意思 一个是指花费时间（TAKE)
另一个是指花费金钱（COST)

take和cost都可以指花费金钱，单拎出来看两者间并不存在什么区别。在这里选cost，因为你查到的两个句型中的前一个sb是可以省略的，后面一个不能省略。而且从语感上来说也是cost比较通顺。
cost一般是指某物值多少钱。主语是物，而take多是指花费时间，主语是it
还有两个花费是spend和pay for
spned可指花费时间或钱，主语是人。
结构：sb spend money on sth
sb specd time （in）doing sth
cost是指花费金钱，take主要是指花费时间
spend在一定的情况下用to doing
