12) Confidential Information
You shall not during your employment or at any time after its termination for any reason whatsoever, disclose any confidential or proprietary information about ABC or any company or business which is its direct or indirect subsidiary or associate with ABC or information which is subject to confidentiality obligations of a ABC Company.
This includes confidential information relating to the business, technical processes, designs or finances of any ABC Company; or any of the suppliers, agents, distributors,customers or shareholders of ABC Companies; or any inventions or improvements or know-how in which any ABC Company has an interest.

在雇用期间或是合同到期前的,不得在任何时候,以任何理由,泄露关于ABC的机密信息及和公司商业有直接或间接关系的信息.
这些信息包括商业信息、工艺技术、ABC公司的财务状况，或是公司的供应商、代理商、分配商、客户或股东的任何信息，以及关于如何提高公司利益的公司科研创新信息信息。
