下个月的26号就是圣诞节了，我知道很多有女朋友的同学都把这天和2月14号的情人节看作一年之中最重要的两个节日--比其他的节日重要的多。他们一般都会干这些事：逛街，送花，买一堆东西，吃大餐，等等。这里有一个问题：他们需要花一大比钱，而我们学习基本不能自己挣钱，钱从哪来？答案是：父母给的。父母挣钱很辛苦，给我们钱是用来在学校生活而不是挥霍的。我们学生的任务就是学习，学习知识和技能，为将来作准备，而不应该把精力用在陪女朋友玩上。我们要多想想学业，少想想怎么样庆祝节日。
Chrismas will fall on 26th next month, I know many classmates with girlfriend regard that day and the Valentine's Day on Feb, 14th as the 2 most important festivals, even greater than any others in one year. They will spend their time on shopping, sending flowers, enjoying a feast and so on. Here a problem comes to us, they need a lot of money on that day, but where the money comes from while we are in school? Parents give it to us thus we don't have to work for a living. They don't work hard to give us for waste, but for study. We, students, are concentrating on study and preparing for the future with knowledge and skills. We should arouse more attention on our study instead of celebration with girlfriends.
