1.this application is subject in all respects to your standard terms and conditions for banking facilities and services, general customer agreement and any other agreements previously signed and delivered to you by us, if nay. 2.我方以不可撤销的方式授权你方取回本出口跟单信用证支持的对背信用证下交单的单证,并以收到款项支付此对背信用证下相应的提取款项,不考虑任何这些单据的不符点(如有(不符点),所有的单据在此自愿放弃).
此申请在各方面都受约制于你们银行信贷产品和服务的标准条款和条件，常规客户合约，以及，如有的话，任何其它我们曾签定并递送给你们的合约。你们所洽谈并向我方提供的任何融资都由我们最终的付款而定。
