4 程序
4.1 开启上位机，系统自行引导进入KT3000发酵过程控制系统界面，显示主菜单：《总观图》、《分组图》、《退出》、《发酵系统参数总览》
4.2 按菜单提示用鼠标单击该菜单，即可进入相应的控制界面。
4.3 发酵系统参数总览单页显示发酵的有关测控参数（发酵时间、温度、流量、流量累计、消沫剂总量、自控开关，控制报警状态及公共工程参数等），用鼠标单击温度检测或空气流量，即可进入该罐相应参数的过程趋势曲线，用鼠标或 拖动垂直亮线（阅读线），在屏幕的左下方可以看到阅读线所在位置的时间，数据和周期。
4.4 分组图：用于发酵罐补消沫剂控制操作，如：补消沫剂速率、总量的修改，补消沫剂自控的开启或停止，执行机构灭菌时气动阀的开启和关闭及测控点报警状态等。
4.5 用户登录：用于班长、工艺员或车间主任及本机自动化管理员的口令登录，；输入口令时，除以上人员外，不得有其他人在旁，以防泄密。
4.6 报警记录记录各测控点的报警时间及历史记录。
4.7 退出：退出控制系统。
