I'm learning how to eat right.I should eat a bottle of milk everyday,because milk has lot of protein.And of course some vegetables and fruit.Fruit has vitamin C too.It healthy for yourself.And no more fatty,greasy food,like pizza,potato chips.....They're tastes great,but they're junk food.Say good bye to those snack,junk food.
