摘要 目的:希望对妊娠期妇女安全用药引起足够重视。方法:通过对目前妊娠期妇女习惯性用药情况进行了解,将本医院使用药品的药品说明书,与专业参考书、《临床用药须知》三种参考资料的适应证、孕妇用药安全等有关内容进行了比较。结果：三种参考资料的相关内容不统一，专业参考书的适应证范围比药品说明书和《临床用药须知》广，《临床用药须知》的孕妇禁用情况比药品说明书宽松；孕妇存在使用适应证范围以外的药品和“孕妇禁用”药品。结论：妊娠期妇女用药存在安全隐患。同时生产企业为规避风险，局限了孕妇用药范围。有关部门应统一权威资料，并建立相关法律法规，保障孕妇用药安全、合理。
