楼主是想委婉地让对方回复邮件，并不是真的要知道对方为什么没有回的原因，而且这样让对方解释原因是很不礼貌的。

应该这样翻译：

Dear Sir,

I am just writing to double check whether you received and replied my email since I wondering that either your feedback or my email might be lost during transferring due to poor network that we are suffering sometimes recently.

这样可以巧妙的把责任推给网络问题，对方会觉得你是因为担心网络问题会造成对方邮件丢失才再发EMAIL跟他们确认的，而不是试图催促或者责问他有没有回邮件为什么没有回。

I wonder if you receive my message? We didn't get your reply, can we know why?

I would like to know whether you received the mail. We still have not received your resume, if convenient ability to let us know why?

please reply if you have received our email.

Dear Sir,
We had not received your reply up to now and please tell us the reason when you convenient. Thanks.

I am sorry ,I want to know whether you already receive the E-mail.And that we still haven't receive your answer,if you convenice could you let us know the reas
