你的说法只能是擦边！
leadtime一般是生产某个东西的周期，比方某批货物的生产周期
The goods will be delivered in 7 days
这句话就更不对了，货物7天后发，和原文差距太大！

外贸中有ETA和ETD分别代表预计到港时间，和预计离港时间
所以可以翻译成：
。。。With ETD in 7 days(Seven days later)!
更加准确的说法就是把货物到港的日期写上，避免误会！

The products (goods) will arrive in 7 days.

the goods will be deliveried in 7 days

Within 7 day arrivaled

within 7 days receipt

Goods will be delivered in seven days.
