为什么选b不选a? 不是说besides在否定句中时和except同义么？那为什么不同时选a?
我理解它的意思为：这个小村庄除了建了一两个加油站外没有其他变化。

besides 和except
都含“除...外”的意思。
besides指“除...外, 另外还有”, 着重“另外还有”, 如:
I have five other books besides this.
除这本以外, 我还有五本别的书。
except的含意是“从整体里减去一部分”, 因为“所说的道理或事实不能适用于那部分”, 着重于“排除在外”, 如:
We all went there except Xiao Li.
除了小李以外, 我们都到那儿去了。

如果用Except，那意思就相反了。这句话表达gas station 也是changed little，如果用Except，那就成了“gas station changed”
