不用加S，因为one other是单数，另一门课程

就我的理解应该是 I have a Chinese lesson and another lesson,
意思是我上了中文课，还上了另外一门课。

没有见过one other的用法。

other的两种常见用法：

the other 是特指的另一门课（我选了两门课，一门是中文，the other is ...）

others指（除了中文）剩下的所有课程。

要加s
